- Mud daubers, wasp nests, and spider webs near your doors: “Thank you for letting us know. I’m so sorry you’re still seeing mud daubers, wasp nests, and spider webs near your doors. We definitely want to get that taken care of for you. I’ll go ahead and schedule a technician to come back out at no charge to re-treat those areas. I will have someone in your area on _______________. We’ll make sure to give special attention to both your front and back doors during this visit.”
- Activity UNDER 14 days:
- Dead Bugs: “Thanks for letting us know what you’re seeing. Since the pests you’re finding are dead, that means the treatment is working as intended. You may continue to see some dead pests for a couple of weeks as the product takes full effect. At this point, a return visit isn’t needed, but if you start seeing live activity again within your warranty period, just give us a call and we’ll gladly come back out.”
- Alive Bugs:
- Activity OVER 14 days:
