
How to Understand Payroll
At Naturalcare, your pay is based on the total jobs (houses) you complete each week. Here’s what each section means:

Job Pay ($329.63) – This is the total amount earned from all your jobs (houses) added together for the week.

Total Hours (23.28) – This shows the total number of hours you worked that week.

Supplemental Pay ($19.57) – If your pay for the week averages below $15/hour, Naturalcare adds this extra amount to make sure you still earn at least $15/hour.

Gross Wages ($484.20) – This is your total pay for the week, including job pay, travel/office pay, overtime pay, supplemental pay, and any extra bonuses or tips.

Hourly Rate ($20.80/hr) – This shows your average hourly pay for the week after everything is added together.

Daily Breakdown – You can see each day’s total pay and hours worked listed below. If you see “0 hours,” that means you didn’t work that day.

Additional Pay & Tips ($135.00) – This includes any extra pay like bonuses, tips, or reimbursements (e.g., parking).
