Uh oh! Client isn’t answering! Lock Out?

Uh oh! You have arrived at the clients home and no one is answering!

Double-check your notes in case they left a hidden key, lockbox, or a way to enter the house.

If not try contacting them through fix your funnel (FYF) and wait 5 minutes. After that time and still have no answer contact the office through Group-me.

Make sure to tell the office you have sent them the notification you are on the way, a text through FYF, checked for hidden keys, and waited 5 minutes.

Please note that we give the client up to 30 minutes before charging them a lock-out fee. This is why it’s important you make sure you are doing your part.
