Trainual is a cloud-based learning management system allowing employees to work through our training program and learn all the information needed without the trainers.

Trainual On Boarding is done before day 1 and used as a check list to make sure the trainees have everything ready for day 1. It should take between 4 to 7 minutes to finish On Boarding.

The second step is: Naturalcare Cleaning Technician Training

Naturalcare Cleaning Technician Training is a full 60 to 70 minutes plus 4 test that need to be completed before finishing training.

Every day clock in before going into the clients house and spend 15 -20 minutes and do a lesson before starting the home. This is a self organizations to automate the training process. Your playbook—Trainual—is your foundation on Naturalcare’s processes. You are able to move at your own pace but want to make sure you aren’t just rushing through and retaining the information provided for you. You do have up to ten days to complete Trainual.

On Boarding is done before day 1 and reviewed with Candice. They will have on boarding completed BEFORE you see them.
