Rescheduling Pest Control Clients

What should be happening is when Steve marks a job for rescheduling, we reach out to the client and get them back on schedule. Then in the substatus, it is marked done so we know it is taken care of.

A quick look at the last three weeks shows no sub-status on the dispatch board marked. A quick look on the first client Mark White, I don’t see any new rescheduled job, no email from our system to the client.

1) Are we even doing reschedules or just ignoring them until the next service?

2) Are we charging these clients or letting them know there is a potential charge???
3) Why are substrates not being marked?
4) What is our policy for charges if they reschedule the day of?
