What type of request is being done

• Initials Clean- This would be the first time in the home
• Recurring- clients on schedule for recurring services
• Issue is causing a delay- maybe broken supplies, quality check, etc.
• Training: You have a trainee or you are in week 3 or 4 of solo training

  Whos asking for the time and what client

In Maid Central, you need to see how many HOURS were given for this client. And how many techs- Just you? Team of 2? Team of 3?

How many man-hours do you need?

Here is a cheat sheet:

• MINUTES NEED X Number of techs = Man Hours
• Examples:
• Team Blueberry needs 30 minutes more. There are TWO techs
• 30 minutes is .05 X 2 techs = 1 Man Hour

Now add the time you requested- What time will you be finished now?

Add any pictures that we are able to use to request- These are back up for if the client is having questions on why. More the better! Then Submit
