While inside a client’s home, personal cell phone use is not permitted. This includes phone calls, texting, and browsing or posting on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, etc. These activities are disruptive, can lead to mistakes, and may appear unprofessional to the client.
Emergency Calls:
If an emergency arises, you must notify the lead, client, or coworker, step outside to take the call, keep it brief, and return to work promptly. Non-urgent personal communication should take place before or after the cleaning service, not during.
Work-Related Communication Only:
The only calls or texts that may be responded to during a clean must come from the Naturalcare Home Cleaning office phone.
No Recording or Photos Allowed:
Employees are strictly prohibited from recording audio, taking photos, or filming videos inside any client’s home for any reason. This includes using your phone’s camera or recording features, whether for personal use, social media, or communication. Our clients trust us to respect and protect their privacy at all times.
