Pest Control Scheduling

Scheduling:

  • 7-man hours per tech (14 for a team of two)
  • 5-minute drive time between homes in same zip code
  • 15 minutes’ drive time for zonings touch
  • 15 plus for far zones depending on the map
  • 30 min lunch required
  • Any issues with schedule must be brought up by 7:30AM to adjust
  • Zoning/Mapping is done by Service Autopilot Maps

 

FHE: Cancel or moves on DAY OF service

Field Techs:

  1. Put in Missive Pest Control Group
  2. SKIP on Service autopilot- Update notes

Office:

  1. Send client 1 email and text to reschedule
  2. Mark as LOCK OUT
  3. If client reschedules, we need to create a NEW FHE/JOB for tracking purposes.

 

Recurring client cancel or skips on day of service

Field Techs:

  1. Put in Missive Pest Control Group
  2. SKIP on Service autopilot- Update notes

Office:

  1. Send client 1 email and text to reschedule
  2. Mark as LOCK OUT
  3. If client reschedules, we need to create a NEW FHE for tracking purposes.
  4. If clients reschedule, we leave original date as a lock out for tracking and update with new service. There is a fee for rescheduling with Lock outs

 

Reminder Emails and Text

  1. Clients get a 3 day and 1-day email and text to remind them. If a client says they did not receive those emails or text, please Put in Missive Pest Control Group

 

 

Door Hangers

  • Mandatory 5 around (Both next door neighbors and two houses in front) on regular recurring stops
  • Light days will be schedule door hangers in and around service homes

 

Client calls with requesting redo

  • When was there last service?
