If the client chooses “We’re Thrilled – Great Work”, it counts toward PTO.
👉 Every 20 “Thrilled – Great Work” responses = 1 hour of PTO
Only the top feedback counts toward PTO.
The better and more consistent your cleanings are, the faster you earn paid time off.
