Naturalcare Paid Holiday Policy After working for Naturalcare for two months; all full-time employees are eligible for paid holidays off. Our paid holidays are:

• Memorial Day
• Labor Day
• 4th of July
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Day
• New Year’s Day

The week of a company holiday is always slightly busier than normal due to the fact that we have to reschedule cleans from that holiday. In order to be eligible to count this day as a “paid holiday,” you must complete the days that impact the whole week. For example: If Monday is Labor Day, and you call in sick on Tuesday (the next day,) you do not receive that Monday as a paid day off. It is just considered a normal sick day without pay.
