Introduction

Thanks for joining Naturalcare! We look forward to you starting.  We have provided an online training program to help you get up to speed.  In addition, you will be assigned a trainer that will help you on your two weeks journey.  This training will teach you how to clean the Naturalcare way.  You will learn the full process of cleaning, including using our software, what products to use, working with others, and meeting client expectations.

This two-week program is designed to help you get the best possible start, so if you have any questions along the way feel free to ask your trainer, the training manager or connect with Candice.

Before you leave your home take a look at Maid Central to check your schedule. If there is any update the office will post it in GroupMe to refresh your Maid Central by 7 am if there are any changes.

Make sure you are ready for the day. You need clean towels, mop pads, toilet brushes, vacuum and parts, steamer and steamer pads, ladder, mop, buckets, and your products.

We like to notify the client that we are on the way. Maid Central will automatically pop up a notification for your first house.  Based off your GPS locations it will calculate your time/miles before you arrive at your first client of the day stating you are on the way. If a notification does not pop up please make sure to send one through fix your funnel (FYF).
