Monday to Friday interviews.
Afternoons only on Monday and Thursday to reserve time for onboarding
Friday interview schedule is 10:30am-1:30pm to reserve time for contacting and inputing new hires and managing supplies. Full days on Tuesday and Wednesday

Hiring Goal
Hire 2 people per week, with 2 people starting each week. 1 person hired and 1 person starting if approved by Candice.
Can hire more than 2 or 3 candidates if approved by Candice.

Communication
Call and/or text candidates within 24 hours of document completion (maximum of 48 hours).
Track documents and follow-ups using Todoist. Tag Diana to do reference checks if needed.

End of week check
Ensure all candidates (except Friday’s interviews) have been contacted by Friday morning.

Flexibility
More hires can be made if given approval by Candice.
