 And don’t forget to ask them “is there anything you would like me to focus on today?“. And don’t forget to SMILE big!  You are in someones home and private space. The goal is for you to give them assurance that you are here to help make their day easier.

We also want to make sure to communicate with the client when its time to go!

It makes people uncomfortable when you vanish and they are unsure where you are at! If they are on a zoom or call just send them a quick message on FYF.
