Cancelling a Client

Step 1: Received communication from a client to cancel recurring services

  • Text & Emails need to be called right away.
  • Goal: Find the solution to why the client is canceling and try to resolve

Step 2: (Spoke with the client)

Step 3: (Didn’t speak to client) Attempted to communicate

  • A trigger IS a pre-cancellation form
  • Cancel the upcoming job, not the full schedule
  • Pending client to return feedback until the next day to complete canceling recurring service and confirmation emails.
