Calling Out -Reminder Steps

Friendly Reminder:

Call outs must be done before or by 6:50 AM through Maid Central. Texting the office cell is NOT calling out.

Additionally, if you have documentation to excuse your absence, it must be uploaded into Maid Central within 24 hours.

Do not text documents. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

Don’t forget: Calling in means you lose your bonus for that week.1 day no income PLUS lost bonus is approximately $195 lost for that week. 

PTO: If you wish to use PTO for an emergency request off it must be done THROUGH Maid Central. Texting or calling ASKING to use or apply PTO will not be accepted- The office can not add or take away PTO.

All PTO request need to be done in Maid Central

Our company policy allows you have 6 Unexcused/excused absences in a 6-month period. If you have more than 6 absences, you could be terminated.

If you exceed 6 Unexcused absences within 6 months, you will be demoted into a floater position.

  • No assign houses.
  • No guaranteed hours
  • Light day you may get automatically said no schedule.
  • No recurring or request clients
  • Probation for current 6-month period

Once moved to a floater position if you have another unexcused absent you will be terminated.

Excused Absentees Limit:

You are allowed 6 excused absences in the 6 months period.

Documentation turned in within 24 hours.

We do excuse:

  • Emergency Room or units
  • Doctor notes
  • Covid Results from CVS or Walgreens
  • School closures

We do not excuse:

  • Need to get battery changed
  • Flat Tire
  • Registration for car
  • Court documentation must be given a notice (no emergency request)

Any type of out of range or norm notes will be review to determine if made unexcused or excused based off call out.
