- Never play music loud or have 2 earphones in at once
- Keep your voice down and never yell.
- Never discuss the condition of the client’s home in a negative way
- NO gossiping
- Beware of cameras
- No personal calls/Text in client’s home
- Never, ever act annoyed or unfriendly when talking to the clients. Be especially aware of how you are acting if the clients ask you to fix something
- Always check your facial expressions! DO you look friendly or annoyed?
