Bathroom Training-Quality check

  1. Check sinks, especially around drain holes.
  2. Check mirrors for streaks, fingerprints, and toothpaste splatter.
  3. All chrome should be dry and streak-free.
  4. Check tub and shower. Any pink mold is easy to remove and is a common complaint.
  5. Shower doors should be free of soap scum. If you can scrape it off with your thumbnail, then it should be removed fully.
  6. Check under the toilet lid, outside front, the base, and where the toilet meets the floor. Check behind the toilet. Toilet paper should be folded in a professional V.
  7. Check soap dishes and vanity trays.
  8. Check the feet of tables and chairs for hair. It often sticks and needs to be pulled by hand.
  9. Don’t forget to look behind the doors.
  10. Take a damp white paper towel and check the floors for dirt.
