Naturalcare Electrolyzed Cleaning Solutions – FAQs
As we switch to our new electrolyzed cleaning system, we know you might have some questions! Here are the answers to the most common ones:
1. What is Naturalcare Electrolyzed Cleaning?
It’s a powerful yet natural cleaning system made from just water, salt, and electricity—no harsh chemicals! It includes:
Naturalcare PureSan (HOCl) – A sanitizer that eliminates germs and odors.
Naturalcare PowerClean (NaOH) – A degreaser that cuts through grease and grime.
Both solutions break down into water and salt after use, leaving no harmful residues.
2. Why does it smell like bleach if there are no harsh chemicals?
Great question! That mild bleach-like smell comes from hypochlorous acid (HOCl), a natural disinfectant. It’s NOT bleach! HOCl is found in your own immune system—it’s what your white blood cells produce to fight germs. Unlike traditional bleach, it’s gentle, non-toxic, and safe for your home.
3. Is this safe for my kids and pets?
Yes! Our solutions are completely safe for children, pets, and anyone with sensitivities. Unlike traditional chemical cleaners, they leave no toxic residues, no strong fumes, and no harsh irritants.
4. Does this actually clean as well as chemical cleaners?
Absolutely! HOCl kills 99.9% of germs, and NaOH breaks down grease and grime just like traditional degreasers—but without the toxins. You get the same deep clean without harsh chemicals or residues.
5. Will my home still smell fresh and clean?
Yes, but in a different way! Traditional cleaners often use artificial fragrances to create a “clean” smell. Our solutions leave your home with a light, natural freshness, without fake perfumes or chemical odors.
6. Does this work on tough grease and grime?
Yes! Naturalcare PowerClean (NaOH) is a powerful degreaser that works just like conventional cleaning products—without the harsh chemicals. It’s great for kitchens, stovetops, bathrooms, and soap scum buildup.
7. Is this safe on all surfaces?
Yes! Our electrolyzed cleaning solutions are safe for almost all surfaces, including:
✔ Countertops (granite, quartz, marble, laminate)
✔ Tile & grout
✔ Wood floors & furniture
✔ Stainless steel & glass
✔ Kitchen appliances & sinks
🚫 Avoid using NaOH on untreated wood, aluminum, or waxed surfaces—it may strip finishes over time.
8. Will this damage my furniture or fabric?
No! Naturalcare PureSan (HOCl) is safe on fabrics and great for sanitizing upholstery, mattresses, and pet beds. However, we recommend spot testing before using Naturalcare PowerClean (NaOH) on delicate materials like silk or untreated wood.
9. Why is Naturalcare making this change?
Because we care about your health and the environment! 💚 Our new system lets us:
✔ Provide a deeper clean with safer, natural ingredients
✔ Eliminate unnecessary chemicals from your home
✔ Reduce waste by using a sustainable, biodegradable solution
