Fieldroutes: How to cancel a client-

1.Go to client

2.go to subscription

3.Top right you will see Actions and Active- Chose ACTIVE and drop box opens

  1. Cancelation Category- Chose reason
  2. make sure to add cancelation reason
  3. Hit Freeze Subscription and client is permanently canceled
