1.Find client

2. Click on the subscription

3.Top right you will see Actions-click on this and a drop box will fall-Chose Place on Hold

4.Drop box will open and under **Hold category -**you will chose reason

5. Customer hold Notes- Make sure to add why this is happening

6.Hit Apply and the client is on HOLD
