Training Directions for Trainers (10 Days)

Daily Feedback: At the end of each day, review your trainee’s performance by giving 3 GREAT areas (what they did well) and 3 areas to keep improving on. This keeps feedback consistent, positive, and goal-focused.
Trainee Evaluation: Formal evaluations are completed on Day 1, Day 5, and Day 10. Additional evaluations can be done anytime if red flags arise or something needs to be documented for accountability and follow-up.
Identify Red Flags: Keep an eye out for early warning signs — attendance issues, negative attitude, poor communication, or quality concerns — and document or report them right away to keep training on track.

Week 1 Training is focus on Policy, Procedures and QUALITY. We can discuss time but we don’t want to rush, overwhelm or pressure for time.

Timing this week:
  • Day 1-0 We don’t add their time
  • Day 2-0.25 We start to count them but 15 minutes to your 60 minutes
  • Day 3-0.5 We start to count them but 30 minutes to your 60 minutes
  • Day 4- 0.75 We start to count them but 45 minutes to your 60 minutes
  • Day 5- 0.75 to 1 We start to count them but 45/60 minutes to your 60 minutes
  • Day 6 – 10 We do count their time but just request it as needed and your 100% approved

Progress is great, but don’t trust it blindly—give your work the ol’ quality check before you head out the door. Your mop might be magic, but it’s not psychic!
