Fix your funnel Instruction:

 

To help with communications we are going to use fix your funnel. You will be able to text message and call the client through the app. The client can reply back to you but if they call it will go to the office.

Download Fixyourfunnel of FYF in the apple or google store.

Your login is: Email in Maid central

Password: Firstname3122 (example John3122) <- Capitalize first letter

1). Go to the setting button on the bottom right. Click on Defaults. Enable Call recording. This will save any phone calls from the client for you.

2). Test the Text Chat. Click the text icon on the bottom left. Then make sure you are on the TAB (MYCHATS). This is where all your chats will be.

On Apple click the box on the top right. On Android click the message bubble near the bottom right. Search for contact Chad Henley. Fixyourfunnel will search and find Chad Henley. Click his name. Practice sending a real message to him. If I am able I will respond to it.

  • You can send pre recorded text and pictures to the client. Ask for help to show you how.

3). Test the Phone icon. Click the Phone Icon on the bottom near the left. Do the same search procedure as the text. But the search will be magnifying glass near the top left. Click and Search Chad Henley. Once FYF finds the contact, click his name. This will call me right away. I probably won’t answer but if there are any issues with your phone there might be an error to enable your mic.

Android. Click and hold the app FYF (fixyourfunnel) go to settings and find microphone and turn it on.

Apple. It might come up automatically. If not you need to go to settings. Scroll down to FYF and click it. Then make sure the microphone is turned on.

Test again until you hear the phone ring.

You can call your clients directly, but if they call back it will go to the office.

4) Go back to text messaging and practice archiving the text message to Chad Henley. Note: try to archive your messages every few days. But wait a day or so after cleaning. If you archive right away and the client messages you. You won’t see it. It will go to New box where Angela will have to deal with it.
